Currently leading business intelligence, global operations, and customer experience analytics for a fast-growing retail startup.

I'm Balaprakash Ananthakumar, a Data & Analytics Specialist at Wild Fork, part of JBS, working across business intelligence, global operations, and customer experience.
I connect commercial performance, customer behavior, operations, supply chain, and leadership priorities so teams can see what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.
With a Master's in Data Science, I move comfortably from detailed analysis to an executive decision room. Outside work: boxing, cricket, painting, cars, cinema, and books.
Swipe horizontally through every case. Each one connects a business question to a measurable operating outcome.
Customer intelligence
A weekly decision system connected in-store and e-commerce NPS, customer comments, product issues, supplier signals, and regional performance—helping teams act on the experience behind the score.
Service intelligence
A centralized service-intelligence platform moved Freshdesk data into Snowflake and turned customer conversations into executive workforce, issue, and agent-performance reporting.
Commercial growth
A connected measurement system brought sessions, media spend, sales, customer acquisition, retention, and Meta offline conversions into the same commercial view.
Product intelligence
A commercial intelligence layer connected historical pricing, competitive position, product-level customer feedback, repeat behavior, supplier performance, and assortment decisions.
Margin improvement
A profitability model exposed products with negative contribution margins and inefficient volume-to-box ratios. Scenario testing helped teams reshape the assortment without sacrificing sales volume.
Last-mile growth
An AI-driven routing engine that assigns each order to the nearest eligible store. A two-stage geographic filter lowered API cost while improving dispatch accuracy.
Executive reporting
An enterprise reporting layer designed for leadership action across operations, logistics, marketing, product performance, finance, and granular P&L visibility.
Forecasting
A store-specific forecasting system for weekly gel-pack demand across 18+ locations, incorporating seasonality, holidays, delivery cadence, and manual business adjustments.
Financial visibility
An automated model unified sales, costs, media spend, freight, returns, and operational inputs from 12 source tables for U.S. and Canada teams.
Commercial growth
Association analysis across roughly 2,000 SKUs surfaced valuable co-purchase patterns for cross-selling, product visibility, placement, and inventory decisions.
Customer strategy
A clustering model organized customers across geographic, demographic, behavioral, and loyalty dimensions into a practical commercial framework.
Financial recovery
A forensic audit across weekly carrier files exposed unjustified surcharges and billing inconsistencies while informing ZIP strategy and contract discussions.
Data foundation
End-to-end pipelines transformed multiple raw business streams into governed models for daily, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc leadership reporting.
Cloud modernization
A cloud migration workflow moved legacy data through structured transformation and modeling into a scalable reporting foundation for business users.
The business question leads. The technology follows—chosen for clarity, speed, reliability, and the decision it enables.
Leading analytics across e-commerce, customer experience, commercial performance, and operations.
Advanced analytics, machine learning, and decision science, completed with a 3.98 GPA.
Connected commercial reporting, customer segmentation, pricing, and cloud modernization.
Built the analytical discipline and systems thinking behind a career in data and business strategy.

Introduction
I'm Balaprakash Ananthakumar, a Data & Analytics Specialist at Wild Fork, part of JBS, working across business intelligence, global operations, and customer experience. Over 6+ years in retail and e-commerce, I've focused on helping teams understand what is happening, why it matters, and what the business should do next.
My work connects commercial performance, customer behavior, operations, supply chain, and leadership priorities. I enjoy turning unclear questions into practical systems, visible trade-offs, and measurable actions that strengthen growth, efficiency, and the customer experience.
With a Master's in Data Science, I move comfortably from a detailed data model to an executive decision room. Outside work, I'm into boxing, cricket, painting, cars, cinema, and books—including a year when I read sixty. Above all, I'm grateful for my parents, my wife, and the people who are part of my life.
